Here's one you probably weren't banking on for The Game Awards 2021. Last night's awards ceremony confirmed Among Us, Innersloth's social deduction hit from 2018, is jumping to first-person gameplay with a new VR edition,
Announced ahead of next week's debut on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4 and PS5, Innersloth's working together with Schell Games - who previously developed I Expect You To Die and Until You Fall - and Robot Teddy. We don't have a release date yet, but that'll arrive on PlayStation VR, Meta Quest 2 (formerly Oculus Quest 2) and Steam VR.

Among Us Is Getting Real Suspicious on VR Soon
Releasing a brief teaser trailer, you can watch that below, and the official description states:
This new 3D experience will place you and our suspicious spacebeans in the heart of the Skeld, with all of the core mechanics of teamwork and betrayal you know and love. The VR edition will continue to support the multiplayer experience too, of course!
Elsewhere this evening, The Game Awards 2021 crowned It Takes Two for the coveted Game of the Year Award. We also had surprise reveals for Star Wars: Eclipse, Star Trek Resurgence, a Final Fantasy 7 Remake PC port, Persona 4 Arena Ultimax's re-release, and more.
