Battlefield 2042 has seen no end of criticism. Following a rough launch last November, fresh evidence now suggests models from Star Wars Battlefront 2 and Battlefield 5 were reused for the new shooter.
As detailed in a recent Reddit post, DICE has now been accused of using the same female model from both game for one of the Specialists in Battlefield 2042 for playable specialist, Maria Falck. Granted, the latest model shows more detail than the older games, but its clear the developer's been reusing assets.

Reusing assets across games is common practice and normally wouldn’t upset fans significantly. It might not be a just criticism but thanks to wider problems surrounding Battlefield 2042, any small issue has turned into further ammunition for angry fans. That can be evidenced in the recent refund petition, which recently hit 220k signatures.
