The latter stages of the Verdansk era saw a small resurgence in the popularity of light machine guns (LMG) in the Warzone meta. With Season 2 Reloaded in full swing, players are jumping into Caldera and looking for the best loadouts and weapons to use.
One weapon that's already proving popular in the Pacific is the Bren which features a huge amount of ammunition but does come with an annoyingly slow fire rate. Thankfully, selecting the right attachment combination can address some of these issues to transform this LMG into a mid-range menace. In this guide, find the best Bren attachments to use along with the best Bren loadout.

How to Unlock Bren in Warzone Pacific
The Bren is one of the last weapons to unlock in Warzone and Vanguard. Players must reach Level 53 which is two levels of the maximum rank, so we recommend utilising a Double XP Token to obtain the LMG as fast as possible.

Best Bren Warzone Attachments
Having experimented with the numerous attachments available for the Bren, this particular combination addresses numerous elements including recoil and ensuring high levels of accuracy are maintained rather than attempting to increase the rate of fire.
- Muzzle: Mercury Silencer
- Barrel: Queen's 705mm Royal
- Optic: SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x
- Stock: Queen's Model 11 BH
- Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop
- Magazine: 6.5 Sakura 40 Round Mags
- Ammunition: Lengthened
- Rear Grip: Polymer
- Perk: Tight Grip
- Perk 2: Fully Loaded
This set of attachments is perfect for those that thrive in those competitive mid-range gunfights thanks to the non-existent levels of recoil. The Mercury Silencer and Queen's 705m Royal increase accuracy alongside the M1941 Hand Stop which provides a slight increase in aim-down sight speed. Despite that, the accuracy combined with the slow rate of fire means the Bren is an incredibly strong weapon in Caldera.
Despite the slow reloading speed, having the Tight Grip Perk selected cements this particular Bren build as one of the strongest in the entire game thanks to the lack of recoil produced.
Best Bren Warzone Perks and Equipment
Once the attachments have been selected, the next step is to build the rest of the loadout with the best Perks and equipment in order to gain even more of an advantage with the Bren.
Perks
- Double Time (Perk 1)
- Overkill (Perk 2)
- Combat Scout (Perk 3)
Kicking off this loadout, we've gone with Double Time to address the slow mobility of the Bren. With double the length of Tactical Sprint available, it's much easier to navigate Caldera with the LMG in hand. Next up is Overkill, which allows you to select two primary weapons in the same loadout. We recommend the MP40 to excel in those close-quarters gunfights when the Bren can't react fast enough.
Last and by no means least is Combat Scout. Thanks to the bright orange outline that appears when you've hit the target, it's much easier to predict where they may appear next, allowing you to plan your next offensive move with deadly precision.
Equipment
- Lethal: Semtex
- Tactical: Stun Grenade
Thanks to a wealth of changes to Warzone's equipment, the Semtex is capable of shredding through armour and downing an opponent with ease. It can also stick to any surface which is handy if an oncoming vehicle heads towards you during a match.
Stun Grenades can slow the movement of enemies, making it easy to reposition with the Bren and send them to the Gulag before they have a chance to react.
Is The Bren Good in Warzone Pacific?
Having tested most of Vanguard's LMGs in Warzone Pacific, I can say that the Bren is one of the more viable options that's been added into the battle royale. Despite its sluggish fire rate, its laser-like accuracy certainly compensates for it, enabling you to contest any gunfight with a more mobile assault rifle with ease.
There you have it! That's the best Bren loadout to dominate Caldera. For more guides, check out the best STG 44 loadout along with the best Akimbo Top Break loadout.
