With other notable streamers, James 'JGOD' Godoy was granted early access to Warzone Pacific. When he had access to Vanguard early, his impressions were different. He was reserving his judgment for Warzone Pacific as he did not seem impressed with Vanguard.
As he came out of the experience excited to see what was next, he must have been pleased. Based on his voice and his description of the experience, it was easy to tell he was happy. This begs the question, why is Warzone so much more loved than Vanguard?

It's no secret that Vanguard has disappointed a lot more people than expected. There are several bugs, and the game does not live up to expectations. Furthermore, hackers and cheaters are still loose, which the new anti-cheat system should be handling, but many are skeptical.
However, after seeing Warzone Pacific, it seems that so much effort was put into this new season. Plans had to have been made for its care at least a year in advance. How vital is Warzone to Activision compared to the yearly iterations of the series?
