In the last 24 hours, Shiba Inu’s SHIB burn rate is up over 1000%.

SHIB’s increased burn rate comes after Shiba Inu’s Shiba Eternity video game was launched on October 6.

Before Shiba Eternity’s release, the SHIB burn rate fluctuated dramatically, with extreme lows and highs.

SHIB burn rate is up over 1000%

On October 9 2022 over 41.5 million SHIB was burned. The big burn follows recent drops in Shiba Inu burns, though, on September 30, the highest reported amount of SHIB burnt in the last 30 days occurred, with over 270 million SHIB destroyed.

Shiba Eternity's successful launch has drawn significant attention to the Shiba Inu ecosystem in the crypto world. The game now available for iOS and Android has over 10,000 downloads on Google Play and many players are enjoying what's on offer.

It's no news to Shiba Inu holders that Shiba Eternity will dedicate 5% of all its revenue to burning SHIB tokens. A major objective of the Shiba Inu ecosystem is to find a way to burn as many SHIB tokens as possible from its 999 trillion supply.

Shiba Inu (SHIB) supply

As of October 10 2022, Shiba Inu’s circulating supply is 560 trillion with a total of 410 trillion burnt from its total supply of 999 trillion. Shiba Inu still has a while to go before it can reach the community's $0.01 target in the future.
