In recent Shiba Inu news, the Shiba Eternity release has been rescheduled.
The Shiba Inu team revealed the new October 6 release date on Twitter. Shiba Eternity is seen as a vital part of the Shiba Inu ecosystem.
Shiba Eternity, in addition to being a prominent blockchain-based card collectable game, is slated to play an important role in burning SHIB coins by donating 5% of its revenue to the SHIB burn, which has recently suffered from a low burn rate.
Shiba Eternity Download Day has been Delayed
Shiba Inu fans will now have to wait an additional five days to get their hands on Shiba Eternity. Per the recent announcement, the Shiba Eternity launch day has been rescheduled to October 6 2022.
The launch date was moved back to permit a few tweaks before the highly anticipated Download Day.
On October 1, Shiba Eternity's original planned release date, the Shiba Inu team will announce the winners of the 30-second spot contest, and the Shiba Inu team's lead developer, Shytoshi Kusama, will disclose Shiba Eternity's lore.
Kusama added that he's particularly excited to share the game's lore with the Shib army.
Among other things, Kusama will also be outlining Shiba Eternity's future roadmap related to the SHIB burn, also highlighting how the game will contribute to the overall expansion of the Shiba Inu ecosystem.
2022 has been labelled as an important year for Shiba Inu as its team has several significant events planned to bolster Shiba Inu's utilities.
The team will be launching its much-awaited L2 blockchain, Shibarium, later this year, alongside introducing its debut Metaversal venture, SHIB: The Metaverse.
