Techland has released a Dying Light 2 patch that fixes a reported “death loop bug," introducing a backup save system to prevent this from happening. Available on PC, this patch is expected to hit consoles soon, with Techland promising to fix other known issues.
Speaking through Twitter, Techland outlined this bug and how they'll be fixing it. Unfortunately, this is far from the only issue that's been affecting Dying Light 2 players, with many still waiting for a fix to online co-op.

Fans were promised a five-year DLC plan for Dying Light 2, with new content and stories coming on a regular basis. However, it looks like Techland will need to plan out patches. Hopefully, it won't be too long before these get implemented.
