In Elden Ring, you'll venture through the mystical, and sometimes unsettling, area of The Lands Between. As you make your way across the various different landscapes, you'll engage in numerous different battles with enemies. You'll encounter mystical and magical creatures, some of which are hostile, some of which will be surprisingly helpful.
Some of the creatures that you'll encounter will contain valuable resources that you need to acquire in one way or another. These resources can then be used to obtain new or rare items from Merchants. Often, it's worth taking the time to gather these resources as having good weapons or items can ease the difficulty of your quests.
In this guide, we're going to show you all of the Dragon Heart locations.

Once you have found a Dragon Heart, you can take it to the Church of Dragon Communion. The Church can be found on a small island that's off of the southwestern coast of Limgrave. When you're in the Church, you can use the Alter to trade the Hearts for Draconic Spells.
