Elden Ring is here, and fans are far from disappointed by The Lands Between. As you follow quest lines and get lost, you'll encounter various bosses and enemies, as well as a mass of different items that can be used to upgrade or transform your gear and equipment.
Talismans in Elden Ring are an accessory that your character may equip to receive specific buffs or other perks. You have a set amount of Talisman Equip Slots that can be increased using Talisman Pouches you find around The Lands Between, allowing your character to wear multiple Talismans at once.
While you'll run into Talismans through fighting enemies and looting areas, you may have specific buffs in mind that you need to face the next fight. In this guide, we note where you can find Talismans, and the effects that they have in Elden Ring.
All Talisman Locations in Elden Ring
With thanks to our friends at MapGenie, the fully customisable map of The Lands Between above shows the locations of various Talismans in Elden Ring. However, to aid you with locating some of the best Talismans, we've detailed the locations of a few below:
Sacrificial Twig
The Sacrificial Twig Talisman can be found by speaking with Edgar near Castle Morne, and another one can be found west of Mistwood Ruins. A third Sacrificial Twig can be found using Torrent's double-jump from the Liurnia Lake Shore Site of Grace to reach a cliffside ledge, where the Talisman will be on a corpse.
Viridian Amber Medallion
Miranda the Blighted Bloom is one of Elden Ring's many optional bosses, and the Viridian Amber Medallion can be gained as a drop after defeating her. She can be found in Tombsward Cave, which is in Weeping Peninsula.
Cerulean Amber Medallion
The Cerulean Amber Medallion can be acquired from the Lakeside Crystal Cave in / as a drop, after defeating the Bloodhound Knight that is present.
Erdtree's Favor
Erdtree's Favor can be found on your descent into Fringefolk Hero's Grave, before you encounter the Ulcerated Tree Spirit boss. More specifically, when the path down into the dungeon narrows, you can drop down the edge to a secret area. Be careful of enemy Imps, and later, Grafted Scions, but Erdtree's Favor will be on an altar beyond the fire traps.
Arrow's Reach Talisman
When you reach Stormgate, the Arrow's Reach Talisman can be found up within the gate itself, on a platform. This platform can be accessed by entering a door on the ridge to the right-hand side of the gate (as you're entering).

Prince of Death's Pustule
The Prince of Death's Pustule can be found in the Underground Crypt below the Rampart Tower Site of Grace. Go beyond the room with the Root Monster, and the Pustule can be found on a corpse in the following room.
Longtail Cat Talisman
When you reach Raya Lucaria Academy, you can take the elevator all the way down to access an underground area. Once here, scour the tall grass until you find the Longtail Cat Talisman.
Blessed Dew Talisman
Make your way to the Divine Bridge Site of Grace, and to the west there will be a chest containing the Blessed Dew Talisman. Be careful, however, as there is a Sleeping Golem guarding it.
Primal Glintstone Blade
In the Mountaintops of Giants is Stargazer Ruins, where the Primal Glintstone Blade lies. Once you're here, you will need to use the Spirit Calling Bell and Spirit Ashes to summon Spirit Jellyfish for the Ruins seal to be unlocked.
Green Turtle Talisman
The Green Turtle Talisman is located in Summonwater Village, and can only be accessed using a Stonesword Key (one of Elden Ring's many Keepsakes). After taking on the hostiles in the village, there is a swarm of turtles in the southeastern area of the village. Past the turtles, there will be a barrier locked with an Imp Seal. Once inside, you will come across more turtles and a door; beyond the door is a chest containing the Talisman.
Sacred Scorpion Charm
In front of the Smouldering Church in Limgrave will be Anastasia, Tarnished Eater. This is just northeast of Summonwater Village. She is one of the many enemy invaders in Elden Ring, and you will need to defeat her to be able to claim the Sacred Scorpion Charm as a drop.
