Spider-Man fans want justice served to an old Spider-Man. For those of us who liked Toby's Spider-Man, Andrew Garfield's adaptation of The Amazing Spider-Man was less likely to appeal to us. It has been said that it is more accurate, but to be honest, it is not that much more accurate, it just takes different liberties.
A new wave of support has emerged for a third Amazing Spider-Man starring Andrew Garfield, and I am all in favor of it. While it was once not that big a deal that he wasn't given a third shot, now it's an injustice that he wasn't given one. Do you hear the fans? They're calling for The Amazing Spider-Man 3.

Normally, it wouldn't matter what the fans want, but studios have listened to the fans. In addition to changing Sonic the Hedgehog, fans brought back James Gunn in Guardians of the Galaxy and got the Synder Cut of Justice League. It isn't uncommon for fans to sway studios if they're rewarded with lots of money in ticket sales.

I believe that this could really happen since so many movies have changed in this day and age. The following tweet shows Andrew Garfield talking about the possibility of it becoming a reality:
I have to admit—I am J Jonah Jameson right now.
Currently, there's a real call for this. I would even bet money that we'll see an Amazing Spider-Man 3. So let your voices be heard, #MakeTASM3.
