Final Fantasy XIV's patch 9.33, also known as patch 6.05, has just arrived. Following Square Enix offering free game days to those who experienced server congestion issues after Endwalker's release, new content and bug fixes continue flowing into their popular MMORPG.
Notably, that includes The Excitatron 6000, a new event defined by Square Enix as "a special instance similar to the Dungeons of Lyhe Ghiah." This can be accessed after "finding and opening treasure coffers obtained from kumbhiraskin treasure maps."

Furthermore, Patch 6.05 also introduced several housing elements, including new furnishings from the game's designing contest and new orchestrion rolls. Various bug fixes were implemented for XIV's battle system, items, alongside the overall game itself. However, it's worth noting that if you're a newer player, some of this content requires having XIV's expansions to access it.
