Fortnite Update 21.10 Release Date
According to well-known leaker HYPEX, Fortnite Update 21.10 is set to launch next week. We don't have an official confirmation yet but, generally, when HYPEX says something, there is truth to it. They have been up-to-date on everything Fortnite for quite some time and have tonnes of information behind the scenes.

It seems likely we will see more information about it over the next few days. The 21.10 update should go live on the morning on Tuesday, June 21.
Fortnite 21.10 Update Downtime
The downtime for a new update tends to go live just before the update does. This means that if Fortnite update 21.10 goes live at 4am ET/9am BST on Tuesday, June 21, the downtime should begin an hour before that.

How Does the Fortnite Grapple Gun Work?
Added to the game recently, the Fortnite grapple gun is an excellent way of getting around the map. It can be used to get around quickly or get you high in the sky. If you have a ranged weapon, it can get you into a good area for a shot in seconds. You can get it from one of ten spots around the map or from killing enemies holding it.
You can find one grapple gun at any of the following spots:
- Northwest of Logjam Lumberyard
- East of Shifty Shafts
- Northeast of The Daily Bugle
- Rave Cave
- Northeast of Tilted Towers
- The Islands on the east of the map
- North of Rocky Reels
- Southwest of Greasy Grove
- Southeast of Joneses
- Northeast of Synapse Station
Fortnite 21.10 Update Additions
With the Fortnite 21.10 update just around the corner, we're starting to hear the first leaks about what will be included. These mid-season updates tend to add limited-time cosmetics, as well as behind-the-scenes tweaks to keep things running smoothly.
