While a lot of Cyberpunk 2077 players are already imagining how sweet life will be when the Phantom Liberty Expansion arrives and they can ditch their old flame Keanu Reeves for a fresh celebrity companion in Idris Elba, some are still hanging out in Night City while they wait.
For veteran players who’re busy scything through the last few gigs and missions in their quest log or exploring the dangerous depths of CD Projekt Red’s dense urban jungle on foot or by car to try and unearth hidden secrets, having an effective weapon is a must.
If you’re in the market for a new hand cannon or are just really looking forward to watching the freshly released John Wick: Chapter 4, a new mod might be worth loading into your firing chamber.
Fancy channelling the killer combat skills of the Baba Yaga during your next gig in Cyberpunk 2077?
The mod in question is called ‘John Wick Inspired - Militech Omaha Lizzie’ and is the work of modder Veiayr. Their previous projects have given Cyberpunk’s Overture Amnesty revolver a fresh coat of paint and added extra pieces to Elden Ring’s Fingerprint armour set.
This time, they’ve decided to create a custom recolour of the Militech Omaha pistol’s unique ‘Lizzie’ variant in honour of the latest John Wick movie, saying: “Every time I use this weapon, I feel like I'm unstoppable, kind of like John Wick. (That’s) where this idea (came) from.”
The fresh design they’ve created for the weapon takes inspiration from all of the different pistols Wick has used as his primary weapon at different points in the John Wick saga and transforms the Omaha into the uniquely named ‘TTI BABA YAGA’.
Boasting a sleek black and gold livery, the words ‘Baba Yaga’ engraved into its barrel and being pairable with a couple of different compensators Veiayr has reshaped to match its aesthetic, this gun will definitely look the part in the hands of any skilled assassin.
The modder even recommends pairing it with Almico’s ‘Play as Johnny Silverhand - John Wick - Keanu Reeves’, so you can enjoy the full Wick experience, in addition to a bunch of established mods that affect guns.
No matter what your preferences are, before you can don a suit and blast through hordes of thugs, you’ll first need to grab NimRain’s ‘Material and Texture Override’.
Regardless of whether you’re now annoying those sitting next to you at a John Wick: Chapter 4 screening by muttering ‘I did that in Cyberpunk’ during every shootout, make sure to follow us for more interesting Cyberpunk 2077 mods and info on the Phantom Liberty expansion.
