Although the Warzone 2 cycle is still in its infancy, many are continuing to complain about various elements of the battle royale. Call of Duty’s sequel to the hugely successful Warzone attempts to innovate areas of the first title that didn’t need adjusting.
With the launch of Season Two moving into view and the recent return of buyable loadout drops suggesting further changes are afoot, there are still some members of the community berating the current state of the game.
One of those is popular streamer Dr Disrespect. Despite showcasing his skills in Al Mazrah on a regular basis, the content creator has slammed the current state of Warzone 2, detailing what he’d rather be doing instead.
Dr Disrespect doesn't like Warzone 2
In the early hours of January 3, the two-time posted a tweet revealing that he’d “rather get strangled in a jacuzzi” than drop into another Warzone 2 match. It’s fair to say the Doc never minces his words when it comes to the Call of Duty franchise.
As expected, the outburst prompted a wide response from fellow content creators and Warzone 2 players. DrLupo simply replies with “Tarkov,” suggesting the extraction game could appeal to the Doc’s demands. On the other hand, @IceMan30TTG says that the battle royale is in fact “a good game” but numerous bugs are ruining the experience for many.
You may think Doc’s comments are a little strong but the content creator is no stranger to the Call of Duty franchise. Having assisted with the development of Advanced Warfare, the man behind the glasses possesses plenty of knowledge when it comes to creating an engaging shooter game.
In fact, the two-time’s Midnight Society studio is developing a vertical extraction shooter game known as Deadrop. If you’re still thinking of downloading Warzone 2, don’t let the streamer’s comments put you off. With bug fixes continuing to arrive, the state of the game is always improving to a solid battle royale experience.
