The gaming industry is still reeling from this week's news about Microsoft acquiring Activision Blizzard for nearly $70 billion. Having faced significant allegations relating to sexual harassment and a toxic workplace, Head of Xbox Phil Spencer says they've had a "good discussion" relating to this.
Speaking with The Washington Post, Spencer mentioned Microsoft's process regarding these ongoing incidents. Part of his statement reads as:
We spent time with the Activision team looking at the incidents, looking at employee polls and then had a good discussion with them about their plan, both the progress they’ve been making and what their plan was.

However, Microsoft won't be involved in the legal talks Activision Blizzard are currently engaged with. Spencer added: “We had to look at that forward plan and ensure we had a kind of confidence in that.”
