If you are a Monster Hunter Wilds fan who craves for more challenges, we have got good news for you: it looks like Arch-Tempered Uth Duna will be arriving a week early. If that wasn't enough, fans will be glad to know it's becoming a permanent hunt instead of being tied to a limited-time event quest.

The announcement came earlier today via Monster Hunter Wilds' Guild Report, the game's community feedback channel. There, Capcom revealed changes to how Arch-Tempered monsters will be handled moving forward. Instead of launching on July 29, the Apex of the Scarlet Forest, Arch-Tempered Uth Duna will now arrive on July 23. The same goes with Arch-Tempered Rey Dau, as both will now be permanent additions to the quest pool and not just a one-off event.

This is yet another major shift by Capcom in response to player feedback. Ever since Wilds received a wave of criticism due to performance issues and a lack of content, Capcom has been making noticeable efforts to turn things around, and players are starting to feel the difference.

In fact, Capcom is now considering making all Event Quests and Arch-Tempered monsters permanent going forward, aligning with what most of the community has been asking for.

The next wave of updates for Monster Hunter Wilds is expected to be huge, especially with Title Update 3 dropping this September. It might bring back Siege monsters like Kulve Taroth or Safi'Jiiva; but at this point, anything's possible.

With Arch-Tempered monsters and event quests becoming permanent, Wilds seems to be on a promising path.

Arch-Tempered Uth Duna splashes into Monster Hunter Wilds on July 23, kicking off a new era of permanent Arch-Tempered hunts. Expect Arch-Tempered Nu Udra and Arch-Tempered Jin Dahaad to follow suit in the months ahead.
