The world of The Sims is full of wacky events and unexpected occurrences that can leave players dying with laughter and searching for an explanation.
After all, which other game boasts such a humongous list of confusing glitches and baffling goings-on, recently including the likes of a ghostly hug, a family of Keanu Reeves clones and a conspiracy-laden phone call from Santa Claus?
Thankfully, a player on Reddit has unveiled a new creation which might help to combat the barrage of mysteries that pop up in the game on a daily basis.
Have you got a Sims mystery that needs solving?
The thread concerning this little project in the subreddit r/thesims, began with a post from the player responsible, user xDreamscarxX, who shared an image of their re-creation of the entire Scooby Doo gang, made in Create A Sim.
Naturally, their fellow Sims stans were fascinated by their work, with user Popular-Coach-791 saying: “I love everyone’s take on this gang. Yours is so cute!” and LogicalHooral adding: “Wow, this is impressive.”
Others had some interesting takes on how xDreamscarxX’s unique sim creation methods had made the gang look, with user TheEpicTree musing: “They look like the potential cast of a CW Scooby Doo.”
One take which prompted a little bit of debate was the idea that the crew has been “Yassified”, which some users were more of a fan of than others, leading user PowerupTea to suggest that Sims players should be more open-minded when it comes to created sims that look a little different to the game’s default models.
Meanwhile, user No-Breadfruit9611 lamented not having been the first person to attempt this particular recreation, declaring: “I had thought about doing this, and I would have gotten away with it too, if it weren't for you meddling kids!”
