Street Fighter 6 fans are waiting for Capcom to release Elena, this season’s final DLC character. The character was an instant fan-favorite when she debuted in Street Fighter 3, so it’s good to see that fandom follow her to this game. With no release date yet, many are growing impatient with the wait for Elena.
Fans on the Street Fighter subreddit datamined the game’s most recent Battle Pass and were able to uncover what her game model will look like, thanks to some preview art that was hidden in the files. Elena fans will be happy with the model, as her new look is just as eye-catching as everyone else’s in the game. Considering how stylish everyone’s outfits are, we can’t wait to see what the next season has in store.
While the preview art is nice, it does make the wait for Elena in Street Fighter 6 feel even longer than it already is. The game’s content rollout is a lot slower when compared to Street Fighter 5, but everything released has been of higher quality so far. Granted, the Battle Passes are still pretty underwhelming because no one cares about their avatars, but some fans will eat it up.

For those unaware, she had an outfit that featured a white bikini, which looked really good on her. Considering how much fans loved seeing Mai Shiranui in a white top and shorts, we can’t imagine how crazy they’ll be when Elena’s classic suit makes it to the game.
However, at the end of the day, fans go back to Street Fighter 6 for the fighting and not just fan service. Based on the work these devs have done so far, we imagine that Elena is going to kick all sorts of butt once she’s added to the game. Fighting game fans will want her to be balanced, but that’s not usually how these DLC characters are handled.
