With The Game Awards 2021 happening next week, the award's host and creator Geoff Keighley has shared something which drew the interest of fans. We're accustomed to these events containing world premieres, but this time around, one of these is particularly special.
As seen on Twitter, Keighley mentioned this latest world premiere is one TGA's team has been working with the developer on "for 2.5 years." That's sparked considerable speculation about what it could be, though one potential answer is Nintendo's highly-anticipated The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2.

Some fans replied to Keighley's tweet and quoted it with their answers, a majority of which mentioned BOTW 2 and pointed out how the game was first announced almost exactly 2.5 years ago. There's still no official name for the BOTW sequel, and Nintendo previously stated that they were holding back on revealing a name.
