Microsoft has announced that Xbox Cloud Gaming has received a major performance boost on iOS, following numerous complaints from Apple users. Confirmed on an Xbox Wire post. Microsoft promised a slew of improvements for the iOS version of Xbox Cloud Gaming.
Detailed in full on Xbox Wire, Microsoft stated:
“At Xbox Cloud Gaming, we listen to and value player feedback. You asked for a better iOS experience, and as a result, we have brought major performance improvements to all supported iPhone and iPad devices. With these updates, you should have a smoother and more responsive gameplay experience.”

Xbox Cloud Gaming Just Received a Performance Boost on iOS
Reportedly, this performance boost for Xbox Cloud Gaming has been received positively, with Microsoft claiming they've received good player feedback. Furthermore, this announcement also confirms iOS users are using Xbox Cloud Gaming service for 35% longer than they did previously.
Curious players can try out the Xbox Cloud Gaming app right now across iOS, Android, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC platforms. That's only available if you've subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
