Currently, Beidou is available to purchase for 34 Masterless Starglitter from the in-game shop. She is also available in the standard banner pool, Wanderlust Invocation.

Electro DPS Build
This build relies on correctly timing Tidecaller. If you can’t afford to get Wolf’s Gravestone, a free-to-play friendly option is Katsuragikiri Nagamasa.
Similar to the weapons, the bonuses in the right Artifact sets benefit Beidou greatly, and the remaining choice depends mostly on your playstyle. You can use any of them as complete sets or make 2-2 mixed sets.
Physical DPS Build
Weapons that boost physical damage are the only real good option for this build, which makes The Unforged easily the best option for Beidou.
You can also find a more affordable alternative that’s equally good in the Wolf's Gravestone. A 2-2 mixed set of Pale Flame and Bloodstained Chivalry is the best option for the same reason as the greatsword since Beidou needs as much Physical DMG as she can get.
What are the best team comps for Beidou?
On the battlefield, she’s an Electro DPS unit and a claymore user that can hit heavy, making her a great asset for an offensive role.
Ideally, a team with Fischl provides great Elemental Resonance, with Xingquiu acting as the trigger for Elemental Reactions and Diona providing the needed sustain.
Other great teammates would be Tartaglia, Bennett, Eula, or Sucrose.
