Mona is, first and foremost, a Hydro Support unit that on later constellation levels you can use as Sub DPS, but that will depend on the team built around her and it’s not her main focus, really. You want to focus on Supporting your teammates with her Hydro abilities by equipping mixed artifact sets that help with her Hydro and Elemental Burst damage. Since your main source of support will be the Elemental Burst, Energy Recharge becomes a key stat to buff as much as you can.
