The best Sara build turns her into a Support character, if only because her attack is too low to make Sara a strong DPS, especially if you already rolled Yoimiya. Her Elemental Skill lets Sara boost party attack, and the Crowfeather's delayed Electro attack makes her perfect for setting up Reactions.
When is the next Genshin Impact Sara banner?
Though Kujou Sara is available in any character banner, she'll be one of the rate-up characters for a few weeks from December 27, 2022.

Ascending Sara boosts her HP and Defense stats more than anything else, a welcomed improvement that makes her a great Support. Farming the Thunder Manifestation can take a bit, but for improving a unit as helpful as Sara is for your team it's worth the effort.
