Rockstar Games has laid out some pretty big announcements for GTA fans. Alongside official confirmation that Grand Theft Auto 6 has entered development, we've learned more details about next month's GTA 5 Expanded & Enhanced (E&E) edition on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S,
Reconfirming a March 15 release date, Rockstar’s Newswire blog outlined numerous technical improvements for GTA 5. It'll run at 4K resolution with 60 FPS, alongside nicer textures, better draw distance, HDR options, and ray-tracing. 3D audio, improved load times, and haptic feedback (on PS5) were also confirmed.

Players can transfer their save from PS4 and Xbox One platforms to these new-gen editions, though it doesn't appear that Rockstar Games will offer a free upgrade for existing owners. As confirmed before, GTA Online is also getting a standalone release on next-gen consoles, and PS5 owners get it free for three months.
Grand Theft Auto 5 is finally coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S next month on March 15, and it's also available on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4 and PC. We'll keep you informed with further news as it comes in.
