How to Access Agency Services
There are two ways that you can access the agency services and which one you choose will depend on where you are in L.S
Through the Agency
Walk up to the front desk in your Agency and follow the prompted controls to access the services. A small menu should appear in the top left of your screen. Here, you will be able to pick what you want to do and which service you want to try.
Through Your Phone
While you are out and about in Los Santos, pull up your phone to access Agency Services. To do this, head into your contacts and scroll down until you find Franklin. Call him and once he picks up, the services menu will appear in the top left of your screen.
What Are Agency Services?
Agency Services are services provided for you by your company. Mainly, they are travel opportunities and help with getting from A to B. However, with The Contract DLC, there are a few extras thrown in.
Exiting the Agency
Exit via Helicopter
The Agency will have one company Helicopter that is free for you to use. To get access to the other helicopters that are listed, you need to buy them from Elitas Travel website. Then, you have to pay an extra $200 to use them.
Once you have chosen the helicopter, you are taken to the roof of the building. Here, you can pilot the helicopter and go wherever you'd like in Los Santos. To return the helicopter to The Agency, hover over the helipad on the roof and click the prompted control to land.
Exit via Personal Vehicle
You need to have a car in The Agency garage for you to be able to use this. If you do, select this and you will be able to choose the car you want to take (if you have many saved there). However, if you have just one car then that will be all you can choose.
SUV Service
The SUV service acts a bit like a fast travel service when you want to get to a location from the Agency. When you select this service, you can scroll through several locations that you want to be taken to such as Paleto Bay and Sandy Shores. Once you confirm your choice, the company SUV will whisk you away.
Returning to the Agency
When you are out working and causing chaos in Los Santos, you may need help to get back to The Agency. Luckily, your new company and business partner are always ready to help you.
SUV Service
If you want to use the SUV service to return to The Agency, it behaves more like a taxi service does. You can hurry the driver but you cannot skip to the destination. The biggest risk with using this service is that other players in the session can attack you and terminate you while you are in the car.
Company SUV
One way to counter this is to ask for an SUV delivery. The car will be delivered to your location and then you can drive it. This is the slightly better option as it means you are in control and if someone attacks you, you have a chance to fight back.
If the company car has been called out for either the service or to drive it yourself, you will not be able to call it out again until it has been returned to The Agency.
Other Services
Supply Stash
This is a supply and ammunition drop. It costs $5000 but it's helpful if you're stuck in a sticky situation. This one can only be called in from your phone by speaking to Franklin.
We will update this page as we learn more about Agency Services.
The Contract DLC has brought a ton of new content to GTA Online. We have a guide that shows you all of the cars that have been added with the update. Also, we have guides that show you how to get the new heavy rifle and how to get the compact EMP Launcher. These are two of the new weapons. You're working for a "celebrity solutions" agency in Los Santos, you're going to need plenty of gear to get the job done.
