It all starts when CJ’s sister, Kendl, complains that construction workers have harassed her. CJ set an example as his defensive sibling by wrecking their building site. The foreman recognizes he's in serious trouble as the commotion creates and makes a brave effort to conceal. But he picks the worst possible area, a portable toilet, instead of a secure hiding place.
CJ notices it and takes things to a new level of insanity. Instead of simply pulling the guy out or beating him up, CJ uses a bulldozer to push the entire portable toilet into a ditch. Then, when you think things couldn’t get worse, he fills the ditch with cement, burying the poor foreman alive inside the toilet.
That means this guy’s final moments were spent suffocating in complete darkness, covered in filth, inside a sticky, stinking, and increasingly tight space as the cement hardened around him. It’s one of the most absurd and over-the-top executions in GTA history, not just because of how brutal it is but because of how oddly comedic and petty it feels.
