With Season 20 coming to an end, attention is turning to the Apex Legends Season 21 release date.

Apex Legends remains one of the most popular battle royales and just like previous seasons, Season 21 is bound to introduce a wealth of brand-new content ranging from a new battle pass, weapon balancing, and the potential of a new Legend joining th ever-expanding roster.

In this guide, find everything there is to know about Apex Legends Season 21 including the release date and what to expect when the season begins.

Apex Legends Season 21 release date

Although the developers haven't revealed when Season 21 begins, the in-game battle pass timer has revealed all. Thanks to the timer, Apex Legends Season 21 will begin on May 7, 2024.

As always, there's a chance of a delay and if there are any signs the start of the season is being pushed back, we'll update the guide.

Apex Legends Alter

Leaks claim Season 21 will feature a brand-new Legend in the form of Altar. According to dataminer Osvaldatore, Alter is on their way to the battle royale.

As always, it's important to take leaks with a pinch of salt until Respawn decides to share more information.

If the leaks are accurate, Alter could be an interesting addition to the Legend pool. We'll have to wait until Season 21 kicks off to see if the new Legend can make an impact on the existing meta.
