You can get more Elixir in Assassin's Creed Mirage by obtaining the Elixir Pocket skill, which is part of the Trickster column. Here's a quick summary:
- You have two Elixir charges by default, and Elixir Pocket adds one. As such, the maximum number of charges for the entirety of the game is three.
- To unlock the skill, you'll need to spend one point to grab Auto-Collect, and then two points for Elixir Pocket.

- Vendor NPCs tend to sell Elixirs, but you need to spend 30 coins for each. You may exchange Merchant Tokens to lower the prices of wares.
- If you see cauldrons/pots or bushes with berries, you can interact with them to replenish a bit of health.
