How to recruit Minthara without killing the tieflings
The late November patch from Larian studios now allows us to recruit her without so much murder. Basically, you can decide to ignore the whole camp of Tieflings and just go directly to her. If you set your weapons to non-lethal, so you can avoid killing her. Just knock her out and the game will count that as a victory.
After the quest is over, Minthara will be at Moonrise Towers. Before the patch, she would be desperate because you killed the whole camp and you wouldn't be able to recruit her. Now, you just go ahead and add her to the party right away, and she'll be quite the useful companion. Also, you might also think about romancing her.
Before the patch, you needed to use several workarounds to achieve the same objective. You had to turn Minthara into a sheep and use Dominate Beast to have her follow you around. That is, if you wanted to avoid going down the evil path just to recruit her.
That's all you need to know on how to recruit Minthara without bloodshed. For more tips and tricks on the game, check out the Monk Build guide.
