Since the release of Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2, players have been eager to tear through hordes of Tyranids. Having the best weapons and equipment is essential for survival.

Sniper is one of the six available classes. Like other builds, Sniper builds require several perks and upgrades before you can unlock its true potential. The Sniper build consists of three weapons: Las Fusil, Bolt Pistol, and the Thunder Hammer.

Primary Weapon Perks

Las Fusil is a powerful single-fire energy rifle. To use the gun’s full potential, you’ll need to use the following perks:

  • Amplification: Increases Radius of Beam weapons by 10%
  • Increased Capacity: Increases the ammo reserve of the weapon by 20%.
  • Head Hunter: Increases Headshot Damage by 10%.
  • Adamant Restoration: If your health falls below 30%, your ammo reserve will be restored by 25% of the max capacity.
  • Instant Health: If your health is less than 30%, eliminating three enemies with one shot regenerates health by 5%.

Secondary Weapon Perks

The Bolt Pistol is a suitable choice for a secondary weapon. It can deal significant damage and help you in close-combat situations. Here are the perks to use with the Bolt Pistol:

  • Extended Magazine: Increases the size of the magazine by 15%.
  • Rapid Health: If your health falls below 30%, eliminating ten enemies rapidly restores it by 5%.
  • Great Might: Increases damage by 10% when fighting Terminus Enemies.
  • Retaliation: Deal 25% more damage for 5 seconds after performing a perfect dodge.
  • Iron Grip: Reduces recoil by 35% for 5 seconds after a Gun Strike.
  • Divine Might: Increases Damage by 10%.

Melee Weapon Perks

Here are all the perks you’ll need for Thunder Hammer:

  • Perpetual Strength: Increases Melee Damage by 5%.
  • Tyranid Slayer: Increases Melee Damage against Tyranids by 10%.
  • Kinetic Energy: Performing consecutive Heavy Attacks increases Heavy Attack Melee Damage by 3%.
  • Reeling Blow: Enemies deal 30% less damage after fetting it by Whirlwind Slash.
  • Extremis Slayer: Increases Melee Damage by 15% against Extremis enemies.

Core Perks

Using a Sniper Class makes you more vulnerable to ranged damage, which is why you’ll need the following Perks:

  • High Capacity: Increase ammo capacity by 10%.
  • Lethal Efficiency: Restore 1 Charge after killing more than one enemy with one shot from a Las Fusil.
  • Block Break: Helps you destroy the defense of hardened enemies.

Team Perks

Marksmanship is the perfect team perk to use with the Sniper build, as this perk increases headshot damage by another 10%, giving you plenty of power against your opponents. This perk will be your best friend if you have a good eye for headshots.

Here are the most suitable Gear Perks for the Sniper Build:

  • Targeted Shot: Deal 75% more damage with the first ranged attack that breaks the camo cloak. It allows you to take down tough enemies with ease.
  • Persistence: Take 20% less damage when your Camo Cloak deactivates (for about 5 seconds).
  • Renewal: Increases Camo Cloak’s Charge by 5% when you get a headshot kill.
