If there's one aspect making a comeback in Black Ops 6 that has sparked mixed feedback, it’s the Dark Ops Challenges. This feature has been included in the Black Ops series since Black Ops 3 and was also featured in Black Ops Cold War.

In Black Ops 6, the challenges remain hidden, high-difficulty tasks that test players' skills in intense situations. This article explains how to complete all Dark Ops Challenges in Black Ops 6.

How To Complete All Dark Ops Challenges in Black Ops 6

Unlike standard challenges, Dark Ops are hidden from view, so players don't know the exact requirements until they meet the conditions during gameplay.

Completing these challenges often rewards you with exclusive items, such as Calling Cards to flaunt your skills.

To complete all Dark Ops Challenges in Black Ops 6, you'll need to prepare for a wide range of secret objectives.

These challenges are designed to test your skills across various aspects of the game, from rapid kills to weapon mastery.

Here’s a rundown of all Dark Ops challenges, and we will reveal how you can tackle each one:

  • Frenzy Killer: Get five rapid kills.
  • Mega Killer: Earn six rapid kills.
  • Ultra Killer: Score seven rapid kills.
  • Chain Killer: Achieve more than seven rapid kills.

These challenges are best completed on smaller maps where enemies are more likely to cluster together, such as in objective-based modes.

Using high-damage weapons like shotguns or explosive equipment can help you take out multiple enemies quickly. Try to control high-traffic areas and time your attacks for when enemies are grouped.

  • Relentless Killer: Get 20 kills without dying.
  • Brutal Killer: Achieve 25 kills without dying.
  • Nuclear Killer: Reach 30 kills without dying to earn a Nuke.

To achieve these, it’s essential to adopt a defensive playstyle. Equip perks like Ghost (to avoid UAV detection) and Ninja (for silent movement).

Use lethal scorestreaks, such as airstrikes, to support your streak without exposing yourself to danger.

Position yourself in strategic spots that allow you to control sightlines and predict enemy movements. Remember to relocate after a few kills to avoid being hunted down by the opposing team.

  • Nuked Out: Earn a Nuke in Free-for-All without using scorestreaks.
  • Very Nuclear: Earn a Nuke with 25 different weapons, ensuring all kills for each Nuke come from a single weapon.

You'll need to rely entirely on your gunplay and equipment for Nuked Out. Use perks like Flak Jacket and Tactical Mask to protect yourself from explosives, while Ghost keeps you off the radar.

Since you can't rely on scorestreaks, choose a versatile weapon you're comfortable with and stay mobile to avoid getting cornered. Very Nuclear is challenging as it requires proficiency with multiple weapons.

You’ll need to familiarize yourself with every weapon category, such as assault rifles, SMGs, shotguns, etc. Start with your strongest weapons and work your way through the list.

  • 2 Birds 1 Stone: Earn a Collateral Kill Medal by killing multiple uninjured enemies with one shot.
  • Accidentally on Purpose: Kill an enemy using an environmental hazard.
  • Return to Sender: Kill an enemy by throwing back their Frag Grenade.
  • Circus Act: Earn a Bankshot Medal by bouncing the Combat Axe off a surface.

For 2 Birds 1 Stone, use sniper rifles or shotguns with a wide spread to take down grouped enemies.

Accidentally on Purpose involves knowing the map's environmental hazards, such as traps or objects that can be triggered to kill an enemy.

In Return to Sender, you must quickly throw back the grenade before it explodes.

Circus Act is all about aiming your Combat Axe so it bounces off surfaces; you can practice on maps with plenty of walls and obstacles.

  • Buzzsaw: Earn 10 Triple Kill Medals in Hardcore mode.
  • Too Hardcore for Hardcore: Achieve ten kills without dying in Hardcore.

In Hardcore mode, enemies have less health, making them easier to kill. However, this also means you'll need to be more cautious since you’re also more vulnerable.

Use high-accuracy weapons like tactical rifles or SMGs and play aggressively but carefully to achieve your killstreaks. Focus on larger maps, where you can sneak behind enemies more easily.

  • Hit Job: Get one finishing move.
  • 100k: Get 100,000 eliminations.
  • Go Loooong!: Achieve a long-range kill with a Combat Axe, Semtex, or Drill Charge.
  • Hard Breakup: Perform seven finishing moves in a single match.

Hit Job is fairly straightforward—sneak up behind an enemy and perform a finishing move. Equip perks like Ninja to approach them unnoticed.

100k is a long-term goal requiring grinding across multiple matches, but you can focus on efficient weapon use to rack up kills.

For Go Loooong!, practice your throwing skills and aim for enemies at long distances. With Hard Breakup, consider using silent movement perks.

Playing in larger, slower-paced game modes can give you more opportunities to perform finishing moves undetected.

  • Double Trouble: Kill both enemies in a Gunfight with a single shot or explosion.
  • Blunt Trauma: Kill an enemy with the direct impact of a Smoke Grenade.

For Double Trouble, sniper rifles or grenades can work wonders here, especially if the enemies are positioned closely together.

Blunt Trauma, on the other hand, requires you to weaken an enemy first, then finish them off by throwing a Smoke Grenade directly at them.

  • Dark Indeed: Earn Dark Matter camo on 33 weapons in Multiplayer.

Completing this challenge will come naturally as you work on other camo challenges for various weapons.

Focus on one weapon category at a time, completing all camo requirements, and switch to the next until you unlock Dark Matter on all required weapons.

That's how to tackle each Dark Ops challenge in Black Ops 6. Don't hesitate to try out different load-outs and strategies, and make sure to get to know each weapon and map.
