Genital customisation Cyberpunk 2077

Originally teased all the way back in 2012, CD Projekt Red's latest entry into the gaming space is a massive success thus far. The game has been heavily praised due to its wide array of customisation options, meaning you can alter and enhance almost every detail of your playable character. And we really do mean everything, because Cyberpunk 2077 lets you customise your genitals.

One aspect that has become almost infamous since the game's release, is the in-depth customisation of player's genitals. Yes, that's right.

So, how do you customise this - ahem - part, and does it even matter at all? We've put together a guide on genital customisation in Cyberpunk 2077.

Genital customisation

Before you begin your journey within Night City, you will be presented with the player customisation screen. This is generally make or break for games of this stature, and character customisation is an integral part of massive titles like Cyberpunk 2077.

So firstly, you're going to need to select the gender of your character, either male or female, and then the player is all yours to customise as you see fit. There are endless options, from hairstyles, colours, shapes, and... Sizes.

Whatever you're into, it is ultimately up to you.

Now, the age-old question of whether size matters has been asked a lot when it comes to Cyberpunk 2077. Does packing your underwear really impact gameplay? Well, we can confirm that it does not matter how big you make your player's genitals within Cyberpunk 2077.

It is simply a cosmetic feature that you have the option to change! But it's nice to have the option, isn't it?
