How to get the Fortnite Peter Griffin skin

To unlock the Peter Griffin skin in Fortnite, you’ll need to purchase the Chapter 5 Season 1 battle pass. This will cost you 950 V-Bucks and the skin is rewarded after progressing the battle pass up to level 70.

Getting the battle pass to level 70 does require a bit of time investment in the game. You can speed this process up by spending even more V-Bucks on battle pass levels, but going this route is quite expensive.

You should also take note that the Fortnite skin features a buff version of Peter Griffin, not the plus-sized buffoon we’re all familiar with. The Chapter 5 Season 1 battle pass will also include other Family Guy-themed items that fans of the show will recognize.

The Peter Griffin skin in Fortnite will also have two skin styles that players will be able to unlock. To get these skin styles, you will need to progress the battle pass way further than level 70.

The first thing you need to do to get these styles is complete the Chapter 5 Season 1 battle pass. That means reaching level 100 with a total of 500 Battle Stars collected.

Once you’ve achieved that, you can start collecting bonus rewards from the battle pass by gathering more Battle Stars. You can earn the Gold Plated Peter Griffin style and the Fancy Peter Griffin style once you get an additional 130 stars. The Gold Plated Peter Griffin has the character donning a shiny gold suit while Fancy Peter Griffin has him rocking a tuxedo and top hat.
