Nilou Genshin Impact Version 3.1
October 14: Nilou's banner starts today!

Genshin version 3.1 will bring in two new 5-Stars to pull for: Cyno, and Nilou. She's a Hydro sword user, and here are the Genshin Impact Nilou materials you'll need.

When you pull a new character in Genshin, they are at level one with no upgrades. You can level them all the way up to level 90; the cap may rise in future updates, but for now, there are six ascensions for you to collect materials for, and ten levels of skill upgrades for each character.

Check out our Genshin Impact banner schedule to see who's coming up, and our guide to all things coming in Version 3.1, including new characters Candace and Cyno.

What materials do I need to level up Nilou?

Nilou, like Candace, is a Hydro Vision user. She needs Varunada Lazurite which is thankfully already easy to get in the game. As a new Sumeru character, she will require new drops that are arriving in the 3.1 update.
