Gotham Knights fast travel is the game's most efficient way of getting around. With such a big map at your disposal and so many crimes to take on, you may want something a little quicker than the grappling hook. Luckily, you can unlock a fast travel system.
In this Gotham Knights guide, we'll go over how the fast travel system works, how to unlock it, and how to activate all the fast travel locations in the game. There aren't all that many, but it should save you some time as you get later into the game.

How to unlock fast travel in Gotham Knights
To unlock fast travel, you first have to get deep enough into the game. You can fast travel to The Belfry at pretty much any point, but unlocking this mechanic for the rest of the map takes some time.
Complete story missions and go through nightly patrols until a message pops up from Lucius Fox. Though some have reported it around specific cases, ours popped up around night five with no major events happening.

After you speak to Lucius at his meeting location, a new side quest occurs. He will get you to scan drones by holding down on the D-Pad over them. Once you have scanned three of them, they will malfunction, and you will unlock a new fast travel point in that area.
Essentially, fast travel in Gotham Knights is blocked by the presence of these drones, which block the airspace and prevent you from travelling there. You have to analyse and take them down in order to liberate these areas and unlock fast travel, like in a Ubisoft game.
There are seven locations around the map, with each one unlocking a new travel point.
How to fast travel in Gotham Knights
In order to fast travel in Gotham Knights, you simply have to hover over an unlocked fast travel location from the map. Hold A on it and you will be teleported to just above it, where you can either drop down or glide across the skyline.

Unfortunately, you will not have the glide ability right away. Instead, it's tied to the Knighthood challenges. Equally, you have to unlock it for each character separately, so it can become a bit of a grind.
