Yes, you can! If you're not a fan of waiting around, you can skip the cutscenes in Hogwarts Legacy. What's even better is that the process of skipping them is incredibly straightforward. It just isn't always shown on-screen. Here's what you need to do.

As mentioned earlier, it's very easy to skip cutscenes in Hogwarts Legacy.
As soon as one appears, a small prompt to skip will appear in the bottom-right of the screen. If it doesn't, here's what to do anyway - simply hold Triangle/Y on your controller to jump straight back into the action with a new objective to complete.

Once done, the cutscene will transition back to your character and you can carry on with whatever you're doing in Hogwarts and the surrounding area.
You can even use Triangle/Y on your controller to skip ahead in dialogue-heavy scenes. Think Professor Fig talks too slowly? Just tap that button. Potions Class dragging on? Tap that button.
Is it worth skipping cutscenes in Hogwarts Legacy?
