How to stealth kill in Hogwarts Legacy
Before you can do stealth kills in Hogwarts Legacy, there's a lot to consider. This includes being sneaky so enemies don't see you, the spells you have, and the level you're on. Be sure to check if you've completed all the necessary requirements below before making stealth kills. You don't want to get caught and take damage.
It's important to be able to creep up on an enemy without being seen. To do that, just move the thumbstick gradually to walk toward the back of your opponent and use the Disillusionment spell to petrify your enemy. It's a static button prompt.
Doing this combination will make you execute the Petrificus Totalus spell, which silently kills the target. You can even upgrade it to strike any enemy near your target, too. You can also unlock the Petrificus Totalus talent as an alternative way to use the spell. However, the effect is the same: a lethal but silent stealth kill.

Do take note, though, that you have to be on level 22 to do a stealth kill. Make sure to allocate some time to doing side quests and other tasks that can help you level up faster. It might take a while, but stealth kills are a good investment to learn in the long run when playing.
