So the short answer is: Yes, Stardew Valley is currently available on Game Pass! Providing you are subscribed, you can make your farm and make friends in Pelican Town for free. But if you don't have Game Pass then the game is still available to purchase on PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and PS4 consoles as well as Apple and Android devices.
