You can obtain the recipe for Speeder once you have added Power Cell to your inventory. However, to get the Power Cell, you need a Compost Bin, which you can craft using the following resources.

- 1 Sand

After crafting the Compost Bin, you will need to collect the following resources to craft the Power Cell.
