Marvel Rivals Iron Man Abilities
Here’s what Iron Man can bring to the fight in Marvel Rivals:

- Unibeam (Right Click) – Fire a channelled beam from the reactor on Iron Man’s chest
- Invincible Pulse Cannon (Q) – Deal damage to the targeted area with the pulse cannon

- Gamma Overdrive (C) – A team-up ability where Hulk can charge Iron Man with gamma radiation, enhancing his abilities
Encased in a suit that’s armed with all of the latest technology and more, Iron Man is still a force to be reckoned with on a roster that’s full of mutants, aliens, and literal gods.
How to Play Iron Man in Marvel Rivals
Iron Man’s skills in Marvel Rivals make him a great aerial damage dealer who can cover a wide area. However, using these abilities does leave him highly vulnerable to counterattacks from hit-scan characters.
Fortunately, Iron Man has great mobility thanks to Hyper Velocity, giving him access to otherwise hard-to-reach vantage points. So, given some smart positioning, Iron Man is well-equipped to disrupt enemy team formations, making them easier targets for his teammates.
All Marvel Rivals Iron Man Costumes and Skins
With such a deep catalogue of various media to pull from, we can expect every playable character in Marvel Rivals to get a bunch of different costumes. Here’s what the game has for the Iron Avenger so far.
- Iron Man – Tony Stark’s default costume, using the bright red and gold we all know and love.
- 1872: Steam Power – a steampunk aesthetic that ditches Iron Man’s usual colour scheme for something with a lot more bronze. The arc reactor chest piece is also replaced with a furnace.
These are the only costumes for Iron Man in Marvel Rivals that we know of for now but we can definitely bank on more coming out in the future. Having a ton of different skins and costumes is basically a staple for Marvel games at this point.
No details on how to unlock costumes have been revealed just yet. We’ll be sure to update this guide once more information becomes available.
