Modern Warfare 3 aftermarket parts are a brand-new innovation to the gunsmith making their debut when Modern Warfare 3 launches. Modern Warfare 2 attempted to add further layers of customisation with the arrival of weapon tuning. Now, aftermarket parts will expand on tuning, giving players even more ways to play.
The beta gave players the first chance to play Sledgehammer Games' latest project and test some of the weaponry that's already appeared in the gun list. With the two weekends done and dusted, all eyes are on the launch and what Season 1 could have in store.

Modern Warfare 3 aftermarket parts explained
On October 2, 2023, Sledgehammer Games published another intel drop showcasing aftermarket parts and how they're going to work. Game design director Zach Hodson shared more intel:
"You can choose a conversion kit that's going to turn that gun's identity on its head and give you an entirely new weay to play with the weapon."
When you reach the maximum level for a weapon, you'll have the option to utilise aftermarket parts to your advantage. Here are a few examples showcasing the aftermarket parts in action.
Renetti
After you manage to master the Renetti pistol and score 30 kills with five attachments selected, you can transform the weapon into a fully automatic machine pistol capable of dealing huge damage during a match.
Although the Renetti will receive improved fire rate and mobility, the reduction in mobility and recoil control could prove problematic.
Pulemyot 762
Another set of aftermarket parts that are available is for the Pulemyot 762 LMG. After reaching the highest level and scoring 25 kills using the new Tac Stance mechanic, you'll unlock the Jak Annihilator set of aftermarket parts that improve the fire rate, mobility, and hip-fire accuracy.
