How to Invite Friends in MultiVersus

To invite your friends to play with you in MultiVersus, you should first make a Warner Bros account. This isn't necessarily needed but a much easier way of setting up multiplayer. Make sure you and all your friends have accounts, then link them to the game. From the title screen, you simply click the big plus button and it will bring up your friends list.

It gives you the option of inviting from your console's friends list or from your account friend list. This means the game has full on crossplay from day one. It has cross progression, allowing you to keep any earned cosmetics and items. You can simply boot it up anywhere and sign in to your account to carry across your progression.

Is MultiVersus Free?

Yes, MultiVersus is entirely free to play. Those who purchase the game's special edition get extra goodies and early access but anyone can play it from anywhere.
