How to craft Palworld Gunpower

Before you can craft Gunpowder you first need to unlock it by using Technology Points after you reach level 21.

Once you have it unlocked, you will now need two important resources.

  • Sulfur
  • Charcoal

Obtaining Sulfur may take some time. As for Charcoal, you need to burn a lot of Wood in your primitive furnace to get it. Make sure you have fire-type Pals that will burn your Wood into Charcoal.

Once you have both, simply head to a workbench and start crafting the Gunpowder in bulk orders. It doesn't take too much workload to craft and as long as you have enough Sulfur, it will never become an issue.

Palworld gunpowder uses

Once you have Gunpowder, you now need to refine it into ammunition. The first ammo type that uses Gunpowder is the Coarse Bullets which are used for the Musket.

Incidentally, both of these are also unlocked at Level 21, so as long as you didn't burn up all your Technology Points you will have a fully loaded Musket at Level 21. Gunpowder must be combined with Ingots to create 10 bullets per batch. Handgun Ammo, Rifle Ammo, and Shotgun Shells all require Gunpowder to be crafted which is definitely worth knowing before heading into battle.
