How to find the Dragon Titan in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
In order to fight the Dragon titan. you're ideally going to have first killed the previous four, as this one is a higher level than the others. On top of that, defeating the others will give your riding Pokemon the Glide and Surf abilities, the latter is mandatory to get to the encounter.
Next, you'll have make your way to Casseroya Lake, located in the north west of the map. The easiest way to get to the lake is to fly to either Porto Marinda, Cascarrafa, and Medali, and head over. The next thing you're going to do is head to the marked island on your map.
Once you've reached this island, you're going to locate an oversized Tatsugiri on the island and talk to it. Once you talk with you, you'll spawn the false titan, Dondozo. This is only a water type, but you'll have to chase it like every other titan. After you down this, you'll fight the real Dragon titan, a Tatsugiri. This is the true dragon titan. After defeating this, you'll have finished all the titans.
