Yes, you can get the Galar starters in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. However, the three starters are part of the post-game content.
How to get the Galar starters in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble will be available in the wild, simply roaming the grassy areas of Paldea, one you've completed the main part of the game. As such, the catching method will be much the same as other Pokemon games, where you've simply got to whittle down their HP and toss a Pokeball.
The starters have been spotted in areas like Poco Path, and other early-game locations.
Failing that, you'll probably be able to transfer them over from your other games using the Pokemon Home app. As soon as we get any official confirmation, we'll update you right here.
