If you're looking to get Luxury Balls in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, you have to get through a good amount of the game. You can buy them from any Poke Mart after you have earned four Gym Badges. This being said, you can find them around the world, as random pick-ups. They cost quite a lot at a whopping ₽3,000. You can earn ₽ from any of the game's battles, or by selling items you pick up.
