Ready to harness a load of Redfall weapons? Redfall is shaping up to be a promising co-op experience by Arkane Studios. The studio has previously worked on Dishonored and Prey, and offered some of the most unique combat experiences we have ever seen. With Redfall, the weaponry will be even more varied, to deal with the game’s nasty vampires.

Some of the weapons revealed so far show that Arkane is taking a no-holds-barred approach, and going wild with its arsenal. There are some really creative guns and melee weapons that Arkane has already revealed, and we will get our hands on many more unique weapons once the game drops.

We already got to play with some of the weapons, and if you want our honest impressions, we recommend checking out our Redfall preview. On top of that, you can read up on whether Redfall is on PS5, as well as whether it has crossplay.

All confirmed Redfall weapons

The following Redfall weapons have already been confirmed:

  • Butcherbird
  • Causeway
  • Centipede
  • Comet
  • Grim Tide
  • Morrigan
  • Sawfish
  • Snipe Hunter
  • Stakes
  • Strega
  • UV-102B "Medusa"
  • Yokai

The same weapons in Redfall can drop multiple times and have different perks. There is also a rarity system in place that determines how powerful or unique a weapon is. You'll be spending a lot of time getting exactly what you want!

There are also various types of weapons within each archetype. For example, you have access to sawed-off as well as standard semi-auto shotguns within the shotgun category. Each weapon has different stats when it comes to its rating, and you also get different stats for rate of fire, reload rate, pellets per fire, and magazine size. There are multiple perks that each weapon can have as well, so you might have to play a lot to get your dream weapon.

You have your standard selection of pistols, assault rifles, and shotguns, but they can be kitted with special attachments. One thing that sets Redfall apart is the stake attachment. You can attach a stake to your gun and use it to cast finishers.

There is also a dedicated stake launcher that turns your stake into a projectile and pierces enemies. From UV flashes to improved scopes, you will find all kinds of special attachments to go with your weapons, making it a very customisable experience.

DOOM developer id Software was also part of refining the game’s weapons, so you can expect the guns to feel meaty and powerful. Melee weapons will also follow the same upgrade paths as your guns, and you can expect some truly unique weapons to be part of the game.

The randomness of the weapon rolls will ensure that you and your friends will have completely different experiences when it comes to weapons. There may also be some crazy co-op synergies that you can come up with, depending on which perks you end up using.
