How do I solve the church puzzle in Resident Evil 4 remake?
The church puzzle in Resident Evil 4 crops up in Chapter 4. After hunting across the island to find a key for the church's front door, you'll get inside but find plenty of locked gates preventing you from looking around. The only way to progress is to open these gates, by solving a kaleidoscope puzzle at the church altar.
When you approach it, you'll find three dials: a blue one, which you pick up while first exploring the church, a red one, and a green one. These each move independently of one another, but all combine to form a sigil insignia once you position them correctly.

What you need to bear in mind is that, when put in the correct position, these dials combine to form a spider-like logo, which you'll frequently see throughout Resident Evil 4 remake. The outline sits in the middle, but you have to align the fragments of each colour until they form a mosaic in themselves, as you can see from the image above.
It requires plenty of trial and error, as you swap the position of each dial around until they make a coherent design. However, it shouldn't take more than a few minutes once you get the first block of shards to align, before making sure the rest clock in at the same position.
