SCUM is all about surviving a harsh and dangerous world where you've been dropped with nothing but yourself. Looting, crafting weapons, and building a base are usually the only tasks in most survival horror games like 7 Days to Die and DayZ. However, that's not the case with SCUM, as you'll have to deal with minor things like peeing, pooing, and vomitting to allow your character to function properly.
You need to consider several factors when playing SCUM. This involves learning how Metabolism works and how to take care of your Health. Ensure you know how to urinate, so you can focus on the more critical aspects of survival.

+ 2How to Pee and Do Other Actions in SCUM
When you've spent some time playing SCUM, and have drank and eaten your fair share of food and liquids, then you'd probably encountered the prompt that you need to pee, poo, or vomit. This will be indicated in the Health menu and will fill up quite fast. If you leave it be, you might find yourself in a bad spot as peeing and pooing can leave you vulnerable, subsequently increasing the chances of being easily killed by other players, Puppets, or armed NPCs.
To pee in SCUM, you'll need to find a safe spot to avoid any threats, and no, you don't actually have to sit on the toilet or anything like that!
- Open the action wheel by holding Tab.
- You can then select the Toilet icon.
- Here you can choose to pee, poo, or vomit.
click to enlarge + 2If you have more Constitution and Endurance stats, you can drink less water to prevent these from happening. However, drinking too much water (around 480+mL) will make your character's body excrete pee. If you have fewer of these stats, you can drink more.
The action wheel also has other actions and gestures that you can use as well. Make sure to test them out in a safe area, or if you're in sandbox mode, to avoid any unnecessary deaths.
