Ubisoft is on the brink of releasing every pirate fan's dream game, with Skull and Bones scheduled to set sail in February 2024. For those who are particularly eager to get their hands on the game, you might want to know what pre-order bonuses are included if you purchase Skull and Bones before its release date.
Players are about to live out their pirating dream, minus the scurvy (we hope), as Skull and Bones empowers you to take control of your own custom-made buccaneer on a quest to rule the Indian Ocean. Starting as a lowly sea rat, you'll climb the ranks of the sea through naval battles, looting, and we assume drinking a lot of rum.
We've got you covered on all things Skull and Bones in the lead-up to its release and beyond. For more information on the game's release date, check out our dedicated release hub. Additionally, you can find out right here if the game will be open-world.
Skull and Bones pre-order bonuses
Unfortunately, you won't get any pre-order bonuses for Skull and Bones if you pre-order the standard edition. However, the game's premium edition comes filled with extra treats, including early access to the game.
For those eyeing the premium edition of Skull and Bones, you'll receive the following content (in addition to the game itself, of course);
- Three days of early access
- Premium Bonus Package - this includes The Ballad of Bloody Bones Collection with the Bloody Bones Captain's Outfit and the Ashen Corsair Ship Set with 11 different ship decorations.
- Two bonus missions - The Ashen Corsair and The Legacy of Bloody Bones
- An 84-page digital artbook
- A digital soundtrack with selected tracks from the game, including sea shanties.
- Caper Letter Token - this is a single-use token that can be used to access any season's premium-level battle pass.
It is also worth noting that the premium edition bonuses can also be acquired if you have Ubisoft+. A subscription here would give you all the additional content as well as early access on February 13.
